i want use plugin translating language. how works , need documentation plugin. can it.? suggestions please>

i can't seem find documentation plugin (but others seem have). , homepage provided in code offline.

as don't want analyse code suggest use jquery localisation plugin instead in part reused in plugin mention in question has nice documentation , examples
