things you'll need:

* full version of adobe acrobat 
  1. open .pdf files wish merge. these can minimized on desktop individual tabs.

  2. pull wish first page of merged document.

  3. click 'combine files' icon on top left portion of screen.

  4. the 'combine files' window pops divided 3 sections. first section titled, 'choose files wish combine'. select 'add open files' option.

  5. select other open .pdf documents on desktop when prompted.

  6. rearrange documents wish in second window, titled, 'arrange files in order want them appear in new pdf'

  7. the final window, titled, 'choose file size , conversion setting' allows control size of merged pdf document. consider purpose of new document. if sent e-mail attachment, use low size setting. if pdf contains images or used presentation, choose high setting. when finished, select 'next'.

  8. a final choice: choose between either single pdf document, or pdf package, comes option of creating specialized cover sheet. when finished, hit 'create', , save preferred location.
