c# - uri manipulation class .net -

is there decent oss uri manipulation class .net?

please dont suggest bcl uri class, or other manner of manual hacks around useless thing.

i'm looking robust library handle taking uris of different forms (relative, absolute, with/without query string etc) lets me access , manipulate fragments in elegant way.

thanks

is system.uri bad? use extensively, along uribuilder, , have never had issues it...
