google translate - Android TextToSpeech is not working on android 1.5 -

i developing android texttospeech app. application not working in android 1.5, works fine in android 1.6.

i using google-api-translate.jar.

the text-to-speech feature available in android 1.6 (api level 4) , newer! see texttospeech class details!
