asp.net - Mailbox unavailable. The server response was <firstname.lastname@domain.com> No such user here -

recently we've upgraded clients website our iis6 server our new iis7 server , receiving following error on occassion when sending out emails:

mailbox unavailable. server response <firstname.lastname@domain.com> no such user here

the client has confirmed email address sending valid , exists.

what other reasons there error?
