try both , decide yourself

i have know devs swear php , others swear asp.net. there many hate php love asp.net.

your question subjective, cannot answered unless dive more specific details, "does php threading?" etc.

we cannot tell you develop faster in, don't know skill level @ grasping / using new language, assumption have new both.

however since biased php, recommend php try with, opinion.
